Engineered for rental fleets
The temporary power industry runs on diesel. Gensets are oversized for peak demand and spend most of their operating hours at 20–30% load, wasting fuel. Battery-only solutions lack sustained power. Multi-vendor hybrid assemblies create integration complexity.
ENERGYPACK solves this by putting diesel and battery on the same AC bus, controlled by one EMS through one HMI. It deploys like a normal genset — one lift, one connection, familiar controls — but delivers 40–55% measured diesel reduction.
Alongside the flagship hybrid genset, we make the equipment that fills the rest of a rental fleet's deployment kit — starting with the KCL2000-LED mobile light tower for night-shift area lighting.
Hong Kong, since December 2024
ENERGYPACK units have been deployed across Hong Kong construction sites and live events since December 2024. Real-world operation revealed challenges that laboratory testing cannot replicate — transport vibration, condensation, operator variance, unpredictable load profiles.
Every one of these challenges has been engineered back into the product. The operational learning from Hong Kong is our competitive moat — we know what goes wrong in the field, and we have already fixed it.
